Booking/ Rescheduling
Appointments will be scheduled during regular hours
Tues-Fri  10am- 7pm, Sat 10- 3pm and Sun ( Walk-in Day)
Any appointment bookings will require a $25 deposit. As a courtesy, please
remember to call us as soon as you know you will be unable to make your scheduled
appointment and we’d be happy to rebook you.

If you are sick, PLEASE RESCHEDULE. Deposits are Non Refundable!

Cancellations
Your appointment has been reserved for you. Should you be unable to keep your appointment
24 hours notice is appreciated. Failure to cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance, will result

in you being charged 50% of your scheduled service amount. Deposits can not be transferred to any future appointments.

 

No Call/ No Shows
NO SHOWS will NOT be rebooked.

Late Arrivals
If you are going to be late to your appointment please contact my assistant as soon as possible.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will need to reschedule to
accommodate other clients that are scheduled after you.

 

Service Satisfaction
We want you to LOVE your hair!!! In the event that you are not satisfied with your service,
please notify us immediately after we have performed the service. We will fix it to meet your
expectations. No complaints will be accepted after you have left the salon.

 

Child Safety
Styled by Rona is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. So with that being said,
Children are ONLY permitted in the salon area when receiving a service. For safety and
insurance liability, children under 8 years old must be supervised by an adult.

There will be NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES!!
